More established firms tend to have local servers that handle email traffic and also share files among the entire office. Such a setup would be compatible with our service under most circumstances. In order to make the setup work, we would probably set mx entries at the domain level to simply route web traffic to the LawConsuls' server while still directing email traffic to your exchange server.
