How do you track time when charging by the hour?

LawConsuls, currently, uses a desktop program to track the amount of time we work on a client’s project. The program allows us to track total time spent on a client’s project as well as time spent on specific aspects of the project. Moreover, the program allows us to start and stop the clock easily. Thus, if attention is diverted from one client’s project to another during the course of a day, it is easy to switch the clock off for one client and start it for another.
